All red portals look identical. Enemy portals appear every 30 seconds on a first visit, 15 seconds on a second visit, and 5 seconds from the third visit onward. A portal releases a Skeleton, Ghost, or Eye. Skeletons and Ghosts wander until they see you, then hunt permanently. An Eye stays still and rotates its sightline; if it spots you, every mobile enemy begins hunting. The maze also shifts: corridors close and different corridors open after a five-second warning.
